Andy Fitzer explores what makes Hitaltech customers stay Hitaltech customers.
Read any of our case studies and you’ll find one constant: we want to add value wherever we can, whether it’s bringing new products to market, or helping with updating a range. We want to be helpful.
Our philosophy is primarily to help product designers and engineers with their challenges. That’s what we love doing. It’s also what we’re best at. That’s why we put so much store in meeting our customers face to face (something we are delighted to be able to do once more, post pandemic) because that’s how you really get a feel for what’s required.
Every business talks about its values, of course. We believe we genuinely deliver on ours. For the proof of that, you need only look at the type of projects we get involved in. They are projects that tend not to start out as bulk orders (although they may often end up that way) because we get involved with clients when they’re still prototyping and testing the market.
We love being involved in the product lifecycle. If there’s a sale for us at the end of it, well, that’s a bonus. But we hope you always find that, when you deal with us, we’re first and foremost a product development support company, not a sales company.
