We stock flat flexible cables that can be used for board-to-board interconnect when electrical connections require high flexibility and/or printed circuit boards to be connected, which are subject to vibrations.
High-quality board-to-board interconnect systems
Our flexible interconnect systems can be soldered directly onto the PCB at each end, offering a permanent flexible interconnect. Alternatively, we can supply our interconnect systems with a connector on either end.

Our Board to Board Interconnect Systems
FIX – Jumper systems
FIX Jumpers are highly flexible flat conductor connectors. The solid round conductors attached ensure fast and secure assembly. The PANTA© round-flat-round technology ensures the highest vibration and bending resistance standards and fracture-safe connection points.
HT – Jumper systems
The Hitaltech HT Jumper can be used for permanent operating temperatures of 150°C and is suitable for a gearbox or motor application.
Hitaltech ZIF Jumpers (FFC cables) can be used to connect PSBs and are compatible with ZIF connectors (zero insertion force) or LIF connectors (Low insertion force). We can deliver the cable with a gold plated surface to prevent whisker growths.
SMD – System
The SMD System has been specifically designed to connect sandwiched PCBs, or PCBs positioned at different angles. When using the system to design electronic equipment, the user can choose between various potential configurations.
SMD Jumpers are very compact in size and allow the production of smaller and more cost-effective electronic devices for various applications.
SMD L – System
Our SMD L System are flexible board connections with individual bridging lengths between 20-40mm. The SMD L combines the advantages of the SMD technologies and is, therefore, a flexible solution for various assembly configurations on the electronic PCB assy.
CRIMP – System
At Hitaltech, we stock crimp contacts made by different manufacturers with a pitch of 1.27 mm up to 2.54 mm. End-users can use crimp contacts to manufacture flexible fat conductor cables economically. The sockets are available in different versions, including socket contacts, pin contacts, solder pins and tin-plated or gold plated surface pins.
POWER – System
Hitaltech FIX POWER jumpers are flexible flat conductor connectors suitable for use within applications with a current rating of 12 amperes. Solid round conductors ensure fast and secure assembly. In the round-flat-round technology, the copper conductors are rolled flat to a defined geometry in the insulating area, resulting in the highest vibration and bending resistance standards. The smooth notch-free transition from round to flat guarantees fracture-safe connection points.
MIX – System
The MIX-System combines the advantages of two or more FIX-JUMPERS with different pitches, terminations and wire sections. A MIX System enables a user to connect flat conductors of different dimensions with different applications.
FLL – System
FLL connectors are highly flexible flat conductor connectors. Small pitches and dimensions allow connections in very small spaces. The FLL system comes immediately ready for installation, and the FLL cables have a high vibration and bending resistance.
AUTOMOTIVE – System
The automotive system consists of a flat cable as an alternative to conventional harnessing in the automotive, shipbuilding, railway and aerospace industries.
Wirelink – System
The Wireline system includes a round connecting cable and holds technical data similar to the FIX Jumper.
FLEX – System
A FLEX system is a highly flexible foil-cable suitable for use in applications for the automotive, medical, telecommunications and aerospace industries. The system has high vibration resistance and is break-safe. A reliable connection can be guaranteed throughout the duration of use, even after millions of folding cycles.
