The HMSI & HSFJ series feature two rows on a 3.5mm pitch therefore allowing for double the amount of connection points and saving space on the PCB.

Available from 2*2 to 2*24 poles with ratings of 7A & 300V, the HMSI header is available in either vertical or horizontal connection.

This double row header can be supplied closed ended (whilst remaining side stackable) or open ended.

The mating HSFJ plug features a spring clamp mechanism and has a 1mm² cross sectional wire entry allowing for a wide choice of conductors to be used.

In many applications the tightness of the screw clamping on to the wire has often been dependant on the installer, however the HSFJ screwless plug removes this need, and the result is therefore a uniform connection across each terminal suited to applications where vibration occurs.

The HSFJ plug features a push wire mechanism which requires the user to push a screwdriver into the plug therefore opening the clamp; the removal of the screwdriver will then close the clamp.

Both the HMSI header and HSFJ plug are suitable for applications where vibration occurs as they can be supplied with a locking screw flange allowing for increased protection against tension and vibration.

Both these series can be supplied in a variety of colours including Green, Orange, Black, Blue and Grey.

High Temperature HMSI header offers time and assembly benefits

Produced in high temperature PA9T material the HMSI headers are reflow compatible and can therefore be soldered at the same time as other surface mount components.

Able to withstand soldering temperatures of up to 260°C these headers can be supplied in boxes, trays or tape on reel packaging allowing the product to be used with pick and place technology.

Available from 2 to 24 way in 2.54,3.5, 3.81,5.00,5.08,7.5,7.62,10.00 & 10.16mm pitch, the Hitaltech range of screwless terminal blocks and plugs suit applications where traditional terminal blocks have been used.

In these applications the tightness of the screw clamping on to the wire has been dependant on the installer, however Hitaltech’s screwless range remove this need, and the result is therefore a uniform connection across each terminal suited to applications where vibration occurs.

Another obvious benefit is a siginificant reduction in installation time as well as the possibility to use terminal blocks and connectors on a smaller pitch where space is at a premium.

The Hitaltech range of screwless terminal blocks are rated from 2A up to 57A and are available across a range of vertical, horizontal and angled connections.

The majority of the range is made up of modular pieces allowing for up to 24 ways to be produced.

The screwless terminal blocks are available on three different operating mechanisms including push button, lever and push wire.
Where push button and lever mechanisms are used, the pressing action onto the button/lever opens the clamp and the release of pressure will then close it allowing the clamp to grip onto the wire conductor.
The push wire mechanism requires the user to push a screwdriver into the terminal block therefore opening the clamp, the removal of the screwdriver will then close the clamp.

HH-042 to HH-046
The HH-042, HH-044 and HH-046 range are curved stylish hand held enclosures which are suitable for a variety of electronic applications. Dimensions for this range start at 69.5×50.5x21mm (HH-042) to 115x83x32mm (HH-046).

The cover of these enclosures features a recessed area which can be used as a guide for a product label or membrane keypad. The HH-042 to HH-046 products can be machined to customer specific requirements.

HH-026
The stylish HH-026 Hand held enclosure is offered in a standard size of 100x68x22mm and is available in two colours; black and light grey.

The battery compartment is capable of accepting either; two AA batteries or a 9V battery and is supplied with an external battery compartment cover. A front panel is also supplied which can be machined to customer specific requirements.

The top cover features a recessed area which can be used as a guide for a product label or membrane keypad.

HH-097
The HH-097 is a hand held enclosure suitable for a variety of applications including; test and measurement, wellness and medical.

This stylish enclosure measures 160x94x25mm and is available in both light grey and black as standard. Like many of Hitaltech’s hand held enclosures, the top cover has a recessed area for display openings, membrane keypads and product labels.
Hitaltech offer a machining process and can therefore supply customised enclosures to suit the customer’s application.
